Every company that signs on Ambill needs a Document Signer Certificate, and we don't sell certificates. You do.

Ambill Sign is a free, cloud-based tool that lets finance teams bulk-sign invoices and business PDFs with their organisation's own signing certificate (.pfx). Because signing is free, the only thing a customer has to buy is the certificate. That purchase goes to our partners.

We point Ambill Sign users who need a Document Signer Certificate straight to you, with your referral code. These are organisations with real, recurring signing volume, not one-off buyers.

Renewals, built in

Ambill tracks every certificate's expiry and reminds the customer 30, 15 and 7 days ahead, then sends them back to the partner who issued it.

Recurring commission on Ambill

Customers you refer who subscribe to paid Ambill modules (invoicing, collections, reconciliation, TDS) earn you a recurring share of subscription revenue.

Zero integration work

You issue the certificate as a .pfx and the customer uploads it to Ambill. No APIs, no technical onboarding.

Co-marketing

A listing on this page, joint case studies, webinars for your customer base (for example, bulk-signing Form 16A) and a co-branded one-pager.

How it works

Certificate, signing, renewal, upgrade

  1. A customer needs a certificate

    Ambill Sign users who need a Document Signer Certificate are sent to you with your Ambill referral code.

  2. You issue the .pfx

    You handle KYC and issuance as you do today, ideally within 24–48 hours.

  3. They sign in bulk, free

    The customer uploads the certificate to Ambill Sign. Expiry alerts bring them back to you for renewal.

  4. Upgrades pay you too

    When a customer you referred moves to paid Ambill modules, you earn recurring commission.

  • Issue within 24–48 hours once KYC is complete
  • One named contact for Ambill-referred customers
  • Advise customers honestly on the right certificate type (Document Signer Certificate, .pfx)
  • Share issuance confirmations for referred customers (serial number and date), with customer consent
